What Free and Paid include, and how billing works.
Two plans. The Log Doctor is free for everyone, account or not.

Actions and the test player need the agent plugin on a Paper or Spigot server. On a Pterodactyl-only connection the paid plan still raises your server and analysis limits, but those two features stay unavailable. Check compatibility before you upgrade.
Deep analysis means a novel error gets a fresh AI read instead of only matching known issues. Known-issue matching is unlimited on both plans.
Billing
Upgrade under Billing in the dashboard. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Paddle, which accepts cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store card details (see the privacy policy).
If you connected through a hosting provider that resells MCTotem, your subscription is managed by them instead.
